Thinking on a Dull Day
I have just finished another book. However, reading was more difficult than usual because of the commotion that has occurred at Longbourn. My mother and sisters will not stop conversing about a Mr. Bingley and their hopes for an audience with him and his relations. I certainly have no disinclination to attend a ball at Netherfield. If a one occurs soon, my musical talents may gain well deserved recognition! My parents and sisters never seem to appreciate it. I shall now practice three times every day instead of two. I will prove to Mr. Bingley and the rest of his party that I am the most accomplished of the Miss Bennets.
